FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology and resuscitation, and may be used if postoperative anaesthesia of the patients operated under spinal anaesthesia is required. For this purpose, on the first postoperative day, patient-controlled morphine analgesia (CPA) is performed. In the patients having taken less than morphine 30 mg by means of CPA, on the second and third day require ketoprofene 50 mg intravenously twice a day in a combination with paracetamol 1 g intravenously every 6 hours. The patients having taken more than 30 but less than 40 mg of morphine by means of CPA, on the second and third day require introducing ketoprofen 50 mg intravenously twice a day added with paracetamol 1 g intravenously every 6 hours and tramadol 100 mg intramuscularly every 6 hours. The patients having taken more than 40 mg morphine by means of CPA, on the second and third day require ketoprofen 50 mg intramuscularly twice a day added with paracetamol 1 g intravenously every 6 hours and promedol 20 mg intramuscularly every 6 hours.
EFFECT: method provides differentiating the anaesthesia in the patients ensured by individual demand of the patient in analgesics.
