FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to pharmacogenetics, and is intended for the selection of starting analgesic drugs in the postoperative period after cardiac surgery. The polymorphism rs1057910 of the CYP2C9 gene is determined. When the genotype of AS or CC CYP2C9*3 is detected, ketoprofen monotherapy, 200 mg/day is used for postoperative anesthesia. In case of detection of the AA CYP2C9*3 genotype, ketoprofen, 200 mg/day, in combination with tramadol 100 mg/day or ketoprofen 200 mg/day in combination with paracetamol 4 g/day is used for postoperative anesthesia.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the effectiveness of postoperative anesthesia.
