SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for pain syndromes reduction caused by malignant new growths. That is ensured by xenotherapy in normobaric conditions by closed breathing circuit with the help of gas analyzer with gas mix of xenon and oxygen 50/50 vol. %, amount of mixture from 4 to 6 l in courses of 5 to 10 days for 1-2 procedures, each from 05 to 15 min a day with intervals between procedures of 4–6 hours.

EFFECT: method enables rapid and effective reduction of pain syndrome and neuropathic component of pain with reduction of dose and number of analgesics taken, improvement of patient's life quality and absence of side effects.
