FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The proposed closed dairy refrigerating system contains heat-insulated horizontal cylindrical tank with a top hatch and an evaporator of the bottom, connected compression-condensation unit, geared motor, a stirrer, a drain, a centrifugal electric pump and three taps. The centrifugal electric pump inlet is connected to a drain of the tank through the first tap. In the longitudinal plane at the top of the tank proportional to its length with a distance less than 700 mm from each other three or more self-rotating vortex heads are evenly spaced, connected to the output of the centrifugal electric pump through the second tap. The output of the electric pump through the third tap is connected to the output hose. The bottom drain tap is inserted into the housing of the centrifugal electric pump.

EFFECT: invention improves the quality of washing the tank, simplifies and automates the process of washing of the system, cooling, storage and shipment of milk.
