SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The proposed high-efficiency high-speed milk cooler contains a compressor - condensing unit 6, electric pump 11, five cranes (10, 12, 14, 23, 25), heat-insulated main tank 1 with vortex circulating heads 2, an engine - gearbox 7, stirrer 8, drain pipe 9, and the bottom evaporator 3, upper additional square tank - precooler 16 with the upper overflow 17 and bottom drain 18 tubes, an engine - gearbox 19, a mixer 20 and the vortex circulating head 21, slit-water jacket built-in the bottom and side faces 22, the engine - gearbox 19, stirrer 20. The evaporator of the bottom 3 is connected by pipelines of pumping 4 and suction 5 and is connected to the chladone compressor - condenser unit 6. The drain pipe 9 of the main tank is consequently connected through the first valve 10, electric pump 11 and the second valve 12 with circulating heads 2. The output of the electric pump 11 is connected to a flexible hose 15 through the third valve 14. The upper overflow tube 17 of the additional tank - precooler 16 is connected to the upper tube 24 of the main tank 1. The bottom drain tube 18 is connected to the suction cavity of the electric pump 11 through the fourth valve 23. Pressure and discharge of the slit-water jacket 22 are connected through the fifth valve 25 respectively with the artesian water supply line 26 and canalisation 27. The vortex circulating head 21 of the tank - precooler 16 is connected in parallel to vortex circulating heads 2 of the main tank 1.

EFFECT: invention increases the rate of cooling of milk, accelerates the cooling of full milk truck up to two hours and reduces energy consumption.
