FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for formation of inguinal ligament in cases of performing operation in accordance with Liechtenstein. Implant from biologically and chemically inert material is used. Implant flap is cut to the middle. Uncut end of implant is fixed on anterior superior iliac spine. One of the lower parts of implant is fixed to pubic tubercle, the second being fixed to the upper branch of pubic bone. Ligature is applied and parts of implant are tightened.
EFFECT: method ensures possibility of performing operation in accordance with Liechtenstein in cases when inguinal ligament is destroyed.
