SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the technology and procedure of arrangement of fluid pumping element in a pipeline, and it can be used in oil industry and other industries, where it is required, for example, to implement the extraction of fluid sample from pipeline to determine the parameters of the fluid pumped via pipeline, or introduction of other fluid to the pipeline, for example, chemical agent to improve flow characteristics of pumped fluid or other purposes.
EFFECT: use of the above invention will allow maintaining physical and chemical composition and properties of the fluid pumped through the fluid pumping element, improving the reliability of fluid pumping technology through fluid pumping element and providing the convenience during erection, preventive maintenance and operation of the device under pressure in the pipeline.
