SUBSTANCE: system has a power control system connected to the power circuit of the controlled sighting device or target indicator. The system for remote control of sighting devices and target indictors provides a remote control function without using additional power supplies owing to use of a self-contained power supply of a controlled electronic optical device and preventing significant increase in the load on the self-contained power supply of the controlled electronic optical device; providing remote control which is easy and convenient for use by users of electronic optical devices at different use conditions, as well as broader functional capabilities of the controlled electronic optical device, for example, providing a function for automatic switching off and/or alerting the user of the electronic optical device on the remaining life of batteries or accumulators used as the self-contained power supply.
EFFECT: providing remote control of electronic optical devices with possibility of integration into existing electronic optical devices without altering their design.
