FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: bridge circuit for measuring parameters of two-terminal devices has series-connected feed composite electrical signal generator, a bridge circuit and a null indicator. The bridge circuit consists of two branches. The first branch is formed by series-connected single capacitor of the ratio arm and two terminals for connecting the two-terminal circuit of the measuring object. The common lead of the single capacitor and the first terminal for connecting two-terminal circuits of the measuring object form the first output lead of the bridge circuit. The second terminal is earthed. The second branch of the bridge is formed by series-connected first capacitor (single) of the second ratio arm, a second capacitor and a resistor which is connected in parallel to a third capacitor. The second branch also has a fourth capacitor, one of the leads of which is connected to the common lead of the first and second capacitors of the second arm which forms the second output lead of the bridge circuit. The other lead of the fourth capacitor is earthed. Both outputs of the bridge circuit are connected to the differential input of the null indicator whose clock input is connected to the output of the generator and the common bus is earthed.

EFFECT: reduced error owing to elimination of components thereof, which are a result of spurious capacitance.
