FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: bridge meter of two-terminal network parameters contains a generator of supply pulses, which consists of pulse formers of rectangular shape K0t0, pulses of a linearly varying voltage K1t1, pulses of the cubic form K3t3 and pulses with a change in voltage during the pulse duration according to the law of the fifth power of time K5t5, where K0, K1, K3, K5 - are the constant coefficients, and t - is the current time. The device also includes a switch, a power amplifier, a synchronization unit and a zero-indicator, as well as a four-arm bridged electric circuit, which consists of two parallel branches. The first one includes a single resistor of the first ratio arm and a multi-element two-terminal network with balancing elements from the resistor, parallel to which the electrical circuit of the series-connected first capacitor and inductive coil is connected, the second capacitor is connected in parallel, the second branch of the bridge circuit includes two connected in series two-terminal network for connecting a two-terminal network of measurement and a single resistor of the second ratio arm. Moreover, an additional capacitor and two integrators are introduced according to the device diagram.

EFFECT: reducing the measurement error due to exclusion of error components from stray capacitances relative to the ground of adjustable balancing elements and instability of these parasitic capacitances.
