FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, automation and industrial electronics and is intended for determination of parameters of four-element bipoles or parameters of sensors with four-element equivalent circuit. Bridge measuring device has series-connected: a generator of feed pulses with variation of voltage during their duration as per the law of power functions, a four-arm bridge circuit and a null indicator. Novelty is that it includes an additional (third) resistor, an additional capacitor and an integrator and connection of pulse generators is changed. Third resistor is connected between the connection point of outputs of the single resistor, the first resistor, the second output of the bridge circuit and grounding in the second branch of the bridge circuit, the additional resistor is connected between the common output of the first, the second resistors, the second output of the bridge circuit and grounding. Additional capacitor is connected in parallel to the existing inductance coil. Rectangular pulses generator output is connected not only to the corresponding input of the switch, but also to the input of ramp voltage pulses generator, the output of which is connected not only to the corresponding input of the switch, but also to the input of the integrator, the output of which is connected to the input of the cubic pulses generator, the output of the latter is connected not only to the corresponding input of the switch, but also to the input of the pulses generator with variation of voltage according to the law of the fourth degree of time.

EFFECT: reducing measurement error owing to excluding error components from parasitic capacitances relative to grounding of adjustable balancing elements and non-stability of those parasitic capacitances.
