FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A finger joint implant comprises a joint body. The joint body has first and second joint elements, which are coupled together and can turn about a rotation axis and situates in a centre of rotation of a proximal and/or distal phalanx, and an attaching bar with eyes having holes for retainer screws extends from each element. When assembled, the implant is configured to be implanted in the radial direction into the pre-formed hole in the finger joint. The attaching bars are configured to be inserted in the radial direction into slots extending in the long central direction of the phalanxes. The first element of the joint has an outer hollow cylinder with a mounting hole from one side. The second element of the joint has an inner hollow cylinder. The inner hollow cylinder in a mounting position is configured to be inserted through the mounting hole and movable relatively into an outer hollow cylinder. A rod in the mounting position is configured to be inserted into the inner hollow cylinder for connection and movable relatively with the outer hollow cylinder. An end fastening element is mounted in the distal direction from the rotation axis on the attaching bar of at least one element of the joint.
EFFECT: invention provides improving the primary and secondary fixation.
