SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A system comprises a mould canal holder having parallel end surfaces, a lower surface and a dome-shaped upper surface with the lower surface having a shape matched with a contact area of tissue adjoining a tissue area, and a canal a first portion of which is inserted into a second end surface and a second portion extends longitudinally through the canal holder to the first end surface and perpendicularly to the end surfaces. A base extends outside the first end surface with forming an overlap area adjoining the first end surface. A porous blanket has a primary delivery area contacting the tissue area, and an area of a porous bridge connection contacting the first end surface in flowing connection with the canal. A surgical tissue covers the first portion of the canal, the canal holder and the porous blanket, and creates a hermetic space around. A low pressure source is connected with the canal to provide low pressure supply through the canal and the area of the porous bridge connection to the primary delivery area of the porous blanket.

EFFECT: facilitated system adaptation to the anatomical body properties.
