FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A covering bandage pad and a knot to be used in a combination with a system for linear wound therapy in a patient comprise a pad body made of a flexible covering pad material and having covering elements generating an inward covering force once the bandages covering the pad are moved at low pressure. In one aspect, when the covering pad of the bandage is at low pressure, the system, the bandage or the knot generate the inward force on the linear wound, and a compression force. Besides, there may be used an absorbent holder and an absorbent. All the parts may be transparent to enable visual inspection of the wound without the bandage removed.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables the uniform distribution of the directional force at low pressure.
