SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A system comprises a covering bandage pad placed onto patient's epidermis above a linear wound. The pad comprises an upper wall, a lower wall coupled with the upper wall at a specific distance and having a central portion, a first side portion and a second side portion, a first covering element provided on the first side portion and a second covering element provided on the second side portion. The first covering element has a surface with a bevelled corner to a central plane between the first covering element and the second covering element. The second covering element has a surface with the bevelled corner to the central plane. A sealing subsystem is used for hermetic covering above the covering pad of the bandage and the patient. The low pressure subsystem feeds low pressure to the covering pad. The first covering element and the second covering element are movable towards each other at low pressure. There are disclosed versions of implementing the therapeutic system for linear wounds differing by construction performance.

EFFECT: provided increased covering force for the linear wound.
