FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises, at least, two working rolls 2, 3 arranged at rolling stand 6 by means of, at least, one roll chock. Note also that, at least, one working roll 2, 3 is arranged at rolling stand 6 to allow adjustment of clearance 7 between rolls relative to another working roll 2, 3, in particular, in vertical direction. Note also that it incorporates axial displacement appliances 8 to make one of rolls 2, 3 displacing rolling stand 6 in axial direction. Note also that said appliance 8 have working element 9 arranged aligned with working roll axle and, at least, one working roll 2, 3 is articulated with banding means 11 used to apply bending moment thereto. For efficient axial displacement of working rolls, roll chock 4, 5 taking up bending force is provided with levers 12, 13 extending outside to allow arranging pressure transfer element 15 between element 14 and levers 12, 13 that displaces vertically.
EFFECT: simplified roll drive.
