FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to turbo machine flow section seals operated at higher temperatures and high-frequency oscillations. Run-in material powder is sintered in die in two steps vacuum or protective medium. At first step, run-in material, binder and metal screen are used to produce band with rods secured thereon and cross it by feeding said components in roll space and dies made on roll surface on rolling through heated rolls. At second step, produced band with rods is laid in die and rods are directed along seal element height to sinter said bans to formation of solid carcass.
EFFECT: higher run-in properties, mechanical strength and wear resistance.
