FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing composite heat-resistant material involves preparation of a concentrate, wherein the binder used is epoxy-oranosilicon resin, isomethyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (hardener), (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol (catalyst). Powdered filler is then fed in portions into the prepared mass, where said filler is powdered boron carbide which contains particles with dispersity of not more than 5 mcm in amount of not less than 35 pts.wt and not more than 160 mcm in amount of 65 pts.wt. The powdered filler is taken in amount of 350-365 pts.wt per every 100 pts.wt concentrate. The mixture is moulded and hardened in stepped mode first at room temperature for not less than 12 hours, and then at 80-90°C for 4-6 hours.
EFFECT: improved mouldability, high heat-resistance, mechanical strength, longevity of the ready material by obtaining a homogeneous structure.
