FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: spade is intended for sealing pipelines in repair. Proposed spade comprises round metal plate to stop flange bore and sealing elements partially located in circular segments. Circular segments are secured along outer edges of round metal plate end surfaces, said plate being provided with radial holder extending above joint flanges. Note here that said circular segments cover move than half the outer edges of round metal plate end surfaces while diametrical flats are made on sealing elements.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
