SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises transfer bin 11 arranged at upstream position 1, device 21 for fluidisation of solid particles at outlet of said bin to create dense gas flow, air transport pipeline 15 to transfer said gas from device 21 to downstream position 2. Note here that said air transport pipeline 15 at position 2 comprises static distributor 17 with multiple injection pipelines 19i and system to control upstream flow portion. Said control system comprises valve 35 to control said upstream flow portion arranged in aforesaid pipeline 15 and solid material mass flow rate metre to define mass flow rate in said pipeline 15. Note here that said control system can control upstream mass flow rate in pipeline 15 by controlling opening of control valve 35 responding to mass flow rate variation in pipeline 15 at position 1. Note here that said control system can control down stream mass flow rate and comprises, at least, one valve 51, 79i arranged in pipeline 15 at position 2, upstream of static distributor 17, and mass flow rate transducer 53 to define mass flow rate of downstream flow portion. Note here that said control system control mass flow rate in air transport pipeline 15 at position 2 by opening, at least, one valve 51, 79i in response to instantaneous mass flow rate defined by transducer 53.
EFFECT: reduced mass flow in pipeline connecting transfer bin and distributing device.
