SUBSTANCE: ice and wind loads are measured with the aid of load cell that measures the forces appearing under the influence of ice and wind loads on wires and electric line supports, note that as an elastic member of load cell there used is a support, on which the wires of overhead electric lines are suspended. To determine ice loads there measured is a flexible deformation of the support along the vertical axis of support symmetry and to determine wind loads there measured are the flexible bending deformations of the support arising at deviation of vertical axis of support symmetry from vertical line.
EFFECT: increasing quick operation and enlarging functional capabilities.
