SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry and may be used during pasta production. The dough composition for pasta production includes wheat flour and water. Additionally the composition contains the first powder consisting of a mixture of allheal roots, haw berries, motherwort grass and chamomile flowers at a ratio of 30:30:10:30 g/100 g of the mixture respectively in an amount of 5 % of the flour weight. Additionally the composition contains the second powder consisting of a mixture of allheal roots, motherwort grass, rosehips, St.-John's wort herb, plantain leaves and thyme grass at a ratio of 10:15:40:15:10:10 g/100 g of the mixture respectively in an amount of 15% of the flour weight. Additionally the composition contains the third powder consisting of a mixture of chamomile flowers, plantain leaves, calendula flowers, tickseed herb and yarrow grass at a ratio of 20:20:20:20:20 g/100 g of the mixture respectively in an amount of 5 % of the flour weight.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce pasta with high quality indices, having enhanced nutritive value and preventive properties.
