FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology. Registration of auditory stem induced potentials (ASIP) in points A1/A2, Cz and Fpz, corresponding to International electroencephalographic system of electrode application "10-20" is performed in combination with simultaneous monoaural stimulation of auditory analyser. If unilateral increase of contralateral amplitude of ASIP of V peak in comparison with ipsilateral one is detected, acute serous non-specific lymphadenitis is diagnosed. In case if bilateral increase of contralateral amplitude of ASIP of V peak in comparison with ipsilateral one is detected, acute purulent non-specific lymphadenitis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out differential diagnostics of serous and purulent acute non-specific lymphadenitis during patient's first visit.
