FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular to intervention angioneurology and cardiology. After preliminary visualisation of embologenic substrate, intra-aortal filtering stent-graft is implanted into the area of aorta arc, filtering part of mesh metal segment of which is placed in the area of aorta arc orifices. Beginning of mesh metal segment is placed from upper edge of aortal valve cusps and 2-3 mm more proximally than orifice of brachiocephalic trunk. Device is made of cylindrical shape, in free state consisting of elastic integral tube, made with possibility of tight fit to internal walls of ascending part of aorta, transiting into mesh metal segment with cells of square or rhombus-like shape, 2 mm in size. In the place of transition X-ray-contrast marks are made. Ratio of segments, respectively, constitutes 1.0:1.5.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to prevent penetration of embologenic masses into brain vessels, which makes it possible to preserve required volume cerebral circulation and prevent development of ischemic affection of brain structures.
