FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology. The patient's cornea keratotopography precedes the coherence tomography of an anterior segment that is followed with the selection of an optimal ablation program, the selection and insertion of a vacuum ring of required diametre, the section of an epithelial corneal pedicle flap to be turned aside towards a pedicle and laser ablation of corneal stroma under the selected optimal program with the following parametres: radiation intensity 120-130 mJ/cm2, pulse frequency 100 Hz, diametre of a maximum exposure region 9.0-9.5 mm. Then the epithelial flap is placed back.
EFFECT: method enables the additional correction of the residual refraction disorders in inadequate cornea regardless of original surgery time, cut time of visual function recovery and reduces probability of keratoleukoma.
