FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: modular device for thin-layer water purification from suspended particles such as "blinds" includes a body consisting of a frame welded from a corner, with side plates covered with metal sheets, module attachment points in the flow channel and staples for its installation and dismantling, a device for discharging cuttings, a transverse partition made in the form of overlapping parallel plates. In this case, the plates are covered with a material with zero potential, for example polyurethane, polyethylene, rubber. Plates are installed in rows throughout the body. The upper edge of the plate is hinged on the horizontal axis installed in the holes of the closed sides of the housing, and the lower edge is located in the gaps formed by installing the pin stops on the closed sides of the housing. Due to the mobility of the plates, turbulence or a decrease in the pressure of the water flow results in the dropping of suspended particles deposited on the plates.
EFFECT: easy installation and dismantling in the flow channel, preventing sedimentation and sticking of suspended particles on the plates.
