FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for pressure-heated treatment (PHT) of low-hardness axisymmetric parts such as a shaft. A device for pressure-heated treatment of low-hardness shafts comprises a launch with shaft grips, moreover, the launch is made with a higher coefficient of linear compression compared to the shaft linear compression coefficient, in the launch body there are cavities made for passage of a cooling liquid. Shaft grips are arranged in the form of fixators of longitudinal and transverse shaft position, besides, fixators of the longitudinal shaft position are arranged in the form of ball supports, one of which is movable, and fixators of transverse position - in the form of a guide bushing. The launch is equipped with facilities to monitor and measure parameters of shaft pressure-heated treatment.
EFFECT: higher stability of dimensions and shape of lengthy low-hardness axisymmetric parts as a result of their PHT.
