FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: outer surface of the part is threaded and screwed into a vertical position into the elevating beams, in the center of which there are threaded bushings. The actuators are mounted between elevating beams. The tension strain is carried out with a force in the range of 2-4% higher than the material's elastic limit. After the part has been installed in the elevating beams it is heated along the entire length upto the drawing temperature and create the tension stress by means of controlled actuators through the rods, fixed in the elevating beams through the spherical bearings. The control of the heating uniformity is carried out using a non-contact sensor, infrared imager. Further, evaluate the strain uniformity, compare it with the specified one, and in case of unsatisfactory results repeate the strain. For the entire length parts machining the elevating beams with power actuators are moved upto the end according to the parts sections, equal to the interbeam distance.

EFFECT: improvement of the parts quality during its operation.
