FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: compensator of angular shifts of air pipeline elements relates to aviation equipment, in particular, to pipelines of an air conditioning system (ACS) of an airplane and serves to absorb temperature expansions of air in ACS pipelines of aircrafts. The compensator of angular shifts of air pipeline elements comprises a pipe from two spheroid tips, one of which is detachable, two tightening devices, made of a clamping bushing and a cap flange. In cap flanges and clamping bushings of both tightening devices there are shaped toroid grooves arranged, where metal sealing rings are installed, having a shape of a toroid with an inner conical cut. Edges of sealing rings are pressed to the spherical surface of the pipe tip with the help of a threaded connection of the cap flange and the clamping bushing. Along the thread of a detachable tip and in the threaded joint of the cap flange and the clamping bushing there is an anaerobic sealant in the form of a locking and sealing element.
EFFECT: when using the invention, extent of joint tightness along spheroid surfaces increases, repairability of a compensator of angular shifts due to movability of its elements, compensation of assembly errors.
