FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: standardised pasteurised milk is heated at a temperature of 55-60°C; a vegetal enriching agent represented by milled licorice roots is introduced into milk heated up to 55-60°C at a ratio of 100:7-9. The beverage is maintained at this temperature during 0.5-1.0 hour, filtered and cooled.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the quality of the ready product with a higher range of beneficial properties.
