FIELD: food industry; dairy industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of functional milk-based drinks. The following is proposed: a functional drink based on milk using bee products and fruit and berry raw materials including pasteurized drinking milk with a fat content of 2.5%, milk ice cream with a fat content of not more than 7.5%, and natural bee honey and native royal jelly are used as bee products, cherry pulp is used in the form of fruit and berry raw materials, with the following content of initial components, wt.%: pasteurized drinking milk with a fat content of 2.5% — 55.0; milk ice cream with fat content not more than 7.5% — 16.5; cherry pulp — 18.5; natural bee honey — 9.5; native royal jelly — 0.5. Fresh cherry pulp or frozen cherry pulp is used.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a new functional drink based on milk with improved organoleptic characteristics, high nutritional and biological value contributing to the expansion of the range of functional drinks on the domestic dairy market.
