FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. One proposes glass jars carrier including a thrust plate with journals installed in rotating bearings, clamping self-centring heads with springs, a moving plate and posts. Slots are made in the posts at a distance from the thrust plate with self-centring heads equal to heights corresponding to 0.5 l, 1 l, 2 l, 3 l jars; inside the slots spring-loaded locks are pinned designed so that to enable fixation in the posts slots in a buried position.
EFFECT: this carrier ensures the possibility of preserves sterilisation in containers of varied height in a rotary-type apparatus under atmospheric pressure.
