SUBSTANCE: receiving device 120 receives from a sending device 110 electronic mail 512, including an encrypted electronic file 511. The sending device 110 uses a public key of a management server 130 to encrypt a decryption password which is necessary to decrypt the encrypted electronic file 511 and sends the encrypted decryption password to the management server 130. Together with an identifier of the electronic file 511, the management server 130 stores the decryption password and an electronic mail address of a correct receiver, who is a receiver Y of the receiving device 120. The receiving device 120 sends to the management server 130 the identifier of the electronic file 511 and the electronic mail address of the receiver Y. The management server 130 uses a public key of the receiving device 120 to encrypt the password and sends the encrypted password to the receiving device 120.
EFFECT: higher information security of the sent electronic file.
