FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery and vertebrology. Essence of method consists in application of anchor fixers. In conditions of forced halo correction by means of guide-corrector performed are low-invasive delivery and thread fixation of screw with stylet part into body of dislocated vertebra C2 from the side of its lower site. After that, axial and sagittal distraction-correction of dislocated vertebra body is performed with installation of stylet parts of anchor screw above upper articular site of vertebra C3 body in required position. Then fixation of corrected position of vertebra C2 body is performed as a result of introduction of stylet part of screw into upper joint site of vertebra C3 body by elimination of axial distraction effort of guide-corrector and halo apparatus.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of correction and fixation of traumatic dislocations of vertebra C2 body in conditions of minimal operation trauma.
