FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasound is performed with colour Doppler mapping with determination of hemangioma size and blood filling to determine the required depth of puncture manipulator insertion and the presence of regional vessels. The vascular tumour tissue is simultaneously exposed to laser radiation of two wavelengths of 0.97 mcm and 1.56 mcm, with a total power of 4 W to 10 W, at a ratio of the powers of the wavelengths used of 2 to 1, respectively. First, laser radiation with predetermined parameters is used for skin or mucosa local photodegradation on the formation surface at several point zones, 3-5 mm in diameter. Through the zones processed on the vascular formation surface, the end part of the fiber holder is inserted into the vascular formation tissue - a puncture manipulator with a graduated scale applied to determine the depth of its interstitial injection. Interstitial selective laser photodestruction of hemangioma tissues is performed. At a thickness of formation up to 5.0 mm, laser radiation with power of 4.0 W to 6.0 W is applied. At a thickness of formation from 5,0 mm to 10.0 mm , laser radiation with power of 6.0 W to 8.0 W is applied. At a thickness of formation of more 10.0 mm, laser radiation of 8.0 W to 10.0 W is applied.
EFFECT: method provides a radical controlled destructive effect on pathological vascular tissue, including a deeply located zone of the greatest proliferative activity, while maintaining the viability of the surrounding tissue structures.
