FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in electroerosion and erosion-chemical making of artificial roughness on heat-loaded parts of transport machinery, particularly, rocket engine fuel feed injectors. Method comprises machining the part at spark-erosion equipment. Note here that machining is performed in two steps. At first step, crude electric pulse machining is used to make irregularities on electrode tool working part shaped as osculating recesses of 500±15 mcm at pulse power of 4 J, or 380-430 mcm at 3 J. Thereafter, at finishing spark-erosion machining, roughness is produced on heat-loaded part cooling section.
EFFECT: no deterioration of surface quality and strength, reduced labor input, increased heat emission area.
