FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to machining parts from refractory nickel alloys operated at -253°C to +900°C.Proposed method comprises isothermal deformation of part in two passes. At first step, billets are deformed at 0.5-0.7 Tm at deformation rate έ from 2×10-3 s-1 to 10×10-3 s-1 and deformation degree ε of 20 to 90%, while, at second step, billets are deformed at 0.5-0.7 Tm at deformation rate έ from 2×10-3 s-1 to 10×10-3 s-1 and deformation degree ε of 20-90%. After every pass, billets are cooled down from deformation temperature to 500-600°C and, then, in air.
EFFECT: decreased probability of crack formation, higher strength and durability, longer life.
