SUBSTANCE: tightening mechanism includes base (6) provided with bushing (10); lever (4) hinged to bushing; spring (11) connected between lever and base; pulley (5) connected by means of axis to lever; adjustment device (1) coupled with the bushing so that the bushing position can be adjusted on support surface by rotation; and three or more concentric cylindrical inserts (2, 7, 9). Each insert is coupled by means of friction force with lever and bushing for damping of lever retraction and is suitable for operation with lubricating coating.
EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability.
