FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmic surgery. Device contains optical part and haptic part from two elements. First of claimed elements is optically transparent and contains a slot in form of trapezium, and second element of haptic part is made in form of plate with through openings on periphery. Plate is fastened in slot of first haptic element and is connected with optical part. Optic part is made in form of convex-plane cylindrical lense and is equipped with markers, located along symmetry axis of optic part, perpendicular to axis of plate reciprocal motion. External surface of first haptic element is made in form of ellipse.
EFFECT: application of invention will make it possible to reduce trauma of eye tissues with simultaneous reduction of astigmatism, increase reliability of AEL fixation in construction of AEL with dosed intraocular change of optic force.
