FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has haptic and optical part. The haptic one is shaped as transparent disk having trapezoid slit. The greater trapezoid base is turned towards disk base and has peripheral holes. The optical part is shaped as longitudinal wedge-like plate fixed in the trapezoid slit allowing reciprocal movements to be done along transparent disk symmetry axis. The wedge-like plate has mounting holes.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of dosed light flux deviation adjustment.
