FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to physiology, cryobiology and medicine and concerns preparing a solution for preserving nuclear blood cells at a submoderately low temperature and maintaining their physiologically active state after warming. The solution contains glycerol, comaruman and disodium dihydrogen ethylenediaminetetraacetate. The ingredients are taken in proportions as follows: water for injections up to 100 ml. Its pH value makes 7.0-7.4. The leukoconcentrate is mixed 1:1 with the given solution, frozen to -20°C, stored at said temperature for one day and warmed to preserve 75.5±2.9% of viable leukocytes and 70.0±6.9% of physiologically full neutrophillic cells 82.8±7.7% of which are able to phagocytosis.
EFFECT: use of the declared frost protection solution provides preserving a high percentage of active nuclear blood cells.
