SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiology, cryobiology and medicine. A cryoprotective solution contains glycerin, oxymethylethylpyridine succinate, hydroxyethylstarch, tri-based sodium citrate in the following proportions, %: glycerin 6.0- 3.6; oxymethylethylpyridine succinate 0.2-0.01; tri-based sodium citrate 0,2; 6% hydroxyethylstarch up to 100 ml. The pH value of the solution is 7.0-7.4.
EFFECT: invention ensures a high yield of physiologically adequate cells preserved.
