FIELD: medicine, physiology.
SUBSTANCE: claimed conserving agent contains in optimal ratio lemnan, glycerol, oxymethylethylpyridine succinate, water for injections, and sodium hydroxide for pH adjusting to 7/907/4. Leucoconcentrate is exposed with cryoconserving agent for 18 min, and cooled in according to exponential program to -10°C. Agent of present invention makes it possible to preserve 99.75±0.71 % of physiologically full-value leucocytes (neurophylic cells) under fast reheating.
EFFECT: cryoconserving agent for leucocytes of improved quality.
