SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to blood storage agents. Cryoprotector for whole blood freezing at low temperature -80 °C as initial ingredients contains, vol.%: glycerine 20, dimethyl sulphoxide 10, lactulose 10, sodium adenosine triphosphate 30, sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution – up to 100%.
EFFECT: disclosed whole blood cryoprotectant provides blood storage at low temperatures with preservation of blood cell corpuscles in a physiologically active state after thawing.
