A system for unload and low pressure therapy comprising an apparatus for unload and low pressure therapy integrating: a plantar element made of an unload magistral material containing: a support layer having a first surface facing tissue and a second surface; a pressure-transmitting layer transmitting low pressure and having a first surface facing tissue and a second surface; and a first barrier layer having a first surface facing tissue and a second surface; a low pressure interface flowing connected with the pressure-transmitting layer of the plantar element; a low pressure source and a low pressure feed line flowing connected with the low pressure source and with the low pressure interface. The first surface facing tissue of the pressure-transmitting layer is connected with the second surface of the support layer. The first surface facing tissue of the first barrier layer is connected with the second surface of the pressure-transmitting layer. Besides, group of the inventions involves the versions of the device for unload and low pressure therapy.
