SUBSTANCE: module system contains hermetic compressed element, made with possibility of compression when placed under reduced pressure, elements of base fixation, each of which has base and first wall, which has first end and second end. First end of first wall has first mobile connective element. Second end of first wall has second mobile connective element. Each element of fixation for fixation with possibility of detachment to part of patient's epidermis and for connection with hermetic compressed element. System also includes connective elements, which have second wall with first end and second end. First end of second wall has third mobile connective element. Second end of second wall has fourth mobile connective element. First interface of reduced pressure is fluidly connected with hermetic compressed element and is made with possibility of reduced pressure delivery to hermetic compressed element. Elements of base fixation and connective elements are connected with possibility of movement for formation of peripheral wall. Described are method of system manufacturing, method of creating covering force and version of system, characterised by constructive implementation.
