FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Covering pad contains rotary frame, which has first covering element, second covering element and internal space. Rotary frame is made with possibility of travel between extended position and compressed position. Main element is located in said internal space. First gripping element is connected with first covering element and is intended for transmission of covering force from first covering element to first edge of liner wound. Second gripping element is connected with second covering element and is intended for transmission of covering force from second covering element to second edge of linear wound. Disclosed are versions of covering pad, characterised by constructive implementation, hypotension system for wound therapy with application of covering pad and method of covering pad manufacturing.
EFFECT: increase of wound strength, reduction of healing time and reduction of probability of scar formation.
