FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to processing of composite materials and device to this end, to composite material thus produced, and to thermoplastic layer and filler. Proposed method consists in heating porous layer in contact with composite material to temperature above porous layer melting point. Note here that said porous layer is fused and imbedded into composite material. Composite material thus produced contains polysulfone or polyester sulfone. Filler contains dry reinforcing material in contact with two or more thermoplastic porous layers. Note also that said two or more thermoplastic porous layers stay in contact at one or more contact points. Proposed device comprises moulding tool and thermoplastic layer, as well as resilient vacuum bag to make tight chamber. Note here that said bag has opening intended for evacuation of said tight chamber.
EFFECT: higher resilience.
