SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a method for modulation of a specific immune response on human immunodeficiency virus antigens. Dendritic cells recovered from peripheral blood of nominally healthy donors and presenting specific antigens (polyepitope protein TBI) are cultured with a non-adherent fraction of mononuclear cells with the presence of anti-inflammatory cytokines rhIL-12 and rhIL-18.
EFFECT: method enables producing in vitro antigen-specific clones of T-cells with activity of type 1 T-helpers required to form an effective immune response on HIV antigens.
