SUBSTANCE: steel plate with coating from zinc or zinc alloy with a layer of thin film of primary corrosion-protection coating, which is applied to it, has arithmetic mean roughness Ra of surface of zinc coating layer, which is determined in compliance with JIS B 0601, which is obtained by means of measuring instrument of surface roughness with a tip according to JIS B 0651, which is equal to 0.3-2 mcm, and maximum height of peak Rp of 4.0-20.0 mcm, where mean arithmetic roughness Ra is peak and obtained by measurement of 80% or more of Rp at the interval of length of evaluation of peak parts, which is equal to 20 mcm, by means of 3D-analyser of roughness with electronic beam is 70 % or more of mean arithmetic roughness Ra of average, which is obtained by measurement at the interval of evaluation length of parts, which is equal to 20 mcm with height of ± 20 % relative to middle line obtained by means of analyser of surface roughness with a tip by means of 3D-analyser of roughness with electronic beam.

EFFECT: plate has good electric conductivity of surface, provides grounding ability and electromagnetic protection of components of steel plate after assembly of the above equipment, as well as it is corrosion-resistant.
